The service by the staff is great, they are attentive and accomodating, the AC while loud is strong. The state of the hotel though is rough; leaky faucets, old useless mirrors on the vanity, their linens smell of mold or smoke, the light fixtures have paint on them,
the walls are poorly patched and have gaping holes from prior fixtures, some of the plates in their dining hall are chipped and should be recycled, the elevators are incredibly slow. Despite this, for the price point and location it is agreeable, but almost anywhere else in the world this is a 3 star hotel at best. Seems incredibly kid and lbtq+ friendly.
