I have been staying in many quality hotel apartments and I would say that in terms of quality and standards of service it was great. I have to warn you that there's a school nearby and the morning music is so loud.. also there's a supermarket near by which is good. But however in terms of communication, it was a challenge.. the staffs command of English isn't strong, they had a hard time understanding that I need my sheets changed and washing machine switched to dryer.. constant frowning and ignoring whenever I say thank you. overall my experience was pleasant, I'll not stay here again for sure.. because in my opinion, communication is the key to a good hotel experience.

A basic hotel with full apartment amenities ie. kitchen, clothes washer, etc. Not too cheap and located far from stores and restaurants, it is 30 minutes from the airport, which is better than the 60 minutes in center city if you have an early flight. They have a decent Japanese restaurant, but that is about the extent of their offering. Nothing to write home about.

Great location and near the Industrial parks and Commercial districts, but still easily accessible if one wants to get into the city centre to have dinners and do some shopping. Supermarket is a couple of doors away.

great hanoi option away from old town
Great hotel/apartment. Kitchenette was useful, indoor heated pool and hot tub is great. Bed is soft. Only thing it didn't have was a stocked minibar, or a dryer, but it did have a washing machine and an iron, nice tv.....decent bathroom. No complaints.
