Impeccable. There is also a mini trail. They grow some of their food and are eco-friendly. Did not do the spa treatment because I did not have time. But the breakfast buffet was spectacular. Pumpkin stew was amazing. The best cerviche was at Casa Luna. Also down the road there is a coffee shop called Nomada Coffee experience. Best coffee I have ever had and I am from New York where coffee is a serious situation. I felt the Pura Vida vibe. Four days was not enough so I must return. Staff gets 100%.

Great views of volcano. Only downfalls, horrible cell service, even with hotel wifi. I will book again.

My balcony view of the Arenal Volcano in morning was breathtaking!!! The breakfast buffet was amazing fresh and well stocked and clean. Everything was delicious and fresh made passion fruit juice was so refreshing. All staff were amazing and friendly. Pura Vida!!!

Every aspect of the hotel was spot on, while I was only there for three days, I wish it could have been longer! The entire staff from the front desk, restaurant, maid service, and spa provided exceptional service and support. I'd rate the professional masseuse more than five stars and probably the top three of massages I've ever had, which have been many/globally! I only ate at the restaurant for breakfast but the food quality and preparation was perfecto! This hotel is my new favorite in all of Costa Rica and look forward to my next stay there! I highly recommend them if you're in the area!

This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It is about a 3-4 min drive to the restaurants in town. Daily breakfast was very good, the spa was marvelous! We went twice for massages, the pool and separate jacuzzi’s were great.

The main reason I can’t give it 5 stars is because the pillows are terribly big and hard, we had to sleep with our heads on the mat every night or we would end up with a stiff neck! But overall it was a great place to stay in La Fortuna!
