This place was horrible. My girlfriend and I couldn’t get any rest due to the amount of people who rented rooms to party on our floor. On top of the lazy woman at the front desk told my girlfriend like a lazy idiot that my reservation was only for 1 day and not 2 because she couldn’t being herself to check the booking. My girl got pissed off called me a liar and left. so thanks to that dummy at the front desk and not doing her due diligence out of sheer lazyness I have to go and get another girlfriend…go figure, forget this place and the staff they suck

O hotel é incrivel. Voltando a Itajaí/Balneario Camboriu será sempre minha primeira escolha. Fiquei na torre B (a mais nova) e a experiência foi perfeita. Quarto super confortável, banheiro espaçoso, ar condicionado gelando muito. Café da manhã de alta qualidade e com muita variedade. O atendimento também é destaque.

Excedeu as expectativas! Apenas os preços da conveniência do hotel e das comidas, que achei acima da média. E as comidas deixaram a desejar, pricipalmente pelo preço. Pagar R$109,00 em um tagliatele individual ao frutos do mar e receber uma maçaroca de massa com 3 mariscos e 3 camarões é uma piada. Fora isso, tudo excelente.

Infelizmente a estadia não foi agradável. O atendimento na recepção não foi bom, demora demais para ser atendido, não passa as informações do hotel corretamente, o recepcionista mal humor. No quarto o ralo do banheiro continha odor péssimo. O café da manhã é variado, bom, mas o pão de queijo estava duro. Na minha estadia o hotel tinha um dos elevadores parado e demorava muito. Ficou ruim a estadia, não voltaria mais e não recomendo.
