Simple hotel with a perfect old town location
You really can’t beat this hotel given the location and price. The room is nothing special but the bed was comfortable, the AC and TV worked, and the shower had hot water. What more do you need from a hotel when you’re out walking around all day? The front desk staff were all very friendly as well.

Nice cozy place in the heart of old San Juan
Nice place where we spent one night before our cruise. Goos location. Easy to get in with code (we came at night). Only minus is the AC which can’t be turned off. So the room was quite cold.

We had no hot water. The room was not clean and the pictures do not show the true condition of the property. It is dilapidated and not very good. And the TV wouldn’t even work.

After a long day of walking the streets of old San Juan it’s always relaxing coming back to the room. It’s clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s just what we need for my daughter and I. The front desk staff are very helpful and can direct you where to go and what to do around San Juan.
