On 2 separate occasions our room keys would not work and we would have to go back down to the desk and get new ones. The staff that we interacted with seemed quite nice, but unfortunately some of the other guests were unreasonably loud and rude. Not sure the staff could do anything, but made for a less enjoyable stay.

Took a minute to check in. Luxury hotel.
Front desk took a bit to check in. After checking in previous customer, staff asked us to wait and left the area so I was waiting for a few minutes. Hopefully they can streamline the check in. The accommodations were amazing! There was no popcorn available as was advertised, but the soda pop was there. The bed is super comfortable. Accessible room is perfect for handicapped folks of which I am not. All in all pass the lengthy check in issue I have to speak up about, a very nice hotel.
