We got a smoking room in spite of booking a non-smoking room, we had a 3 year old kid with us and we constantly got the smoke smell in our room. Secondly one of the ACs leaked water heavily in the corridors. Our 3 year old slipped and hurt himself 2 times. They compensated us with $10 for entire 3 days of inconvenience!

Worst service! The staff made us wait for half hour before checking in for unable to find my hotels.com booking, if you guys are unable to find it kindly delist yourself from the site. Secondly they did not allow me and family members to enter the swimming pool which is disgusting. I will never suggest anyone to book this hotel if you are looking for family funtime.
