Atlantic Parkhotel

One of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Very quiet, overlooking a peaceful river. The staff were extremely helpful. The breakfast is good – partially buffet, partially ordered custom to the table. Was great for a solo stay. WiFi was good for working from the hotel. In a great location. Thank you Atlantic Parkhotel!

This is one of those properties that was probably once an amazing stay. The location on the park is unreal. Super convenient to walk everywhere from there. However the upkeep is way lacking. Old. Outdated. Falling apart. No parking on site. Our room had an ac unit but no remote. It didn’t look like it had worked for a while. Therefore we had to open our window and door for air. Flies and bugs were all in our room. Not to mention smoke from the room next door who was using their patio for a smoking party late late at night. Bed was uncomfortable. New mattresses would be ideal. Check-in was a joke. It was if they didn’t know how to use a computer or it was down. The woman asked us FIVE times what day we were checking out. And even how much we had paid for the room. Does Expedia send this info? There was also no masks being used by many of the staff and especially servers. One young man was a shining example and has his face covered every time we saw him. Others not at all, or not even covering their nose. The front desk woman basically said no one is checking the rules so they don’t necessarily follow them. We were flabbergasted. Luckily we brought our own sanitizers. Loved Baden-Baden and were not in the room as much due to the bugs. But will be back to this amazing city. Just not at this property at this price level. It’s a 3 star property at best. There are better hotels at this price point nearby. With valet or parking options. Hauling your bags from blocks away is not fun.

Good location. Common areas warm and welcoming. Room was not ready 30 mins before check-in time, fair enough. When I did get into the room it hadn't been cleaned at all. Dirty with rubbish from previous user. Also wifi was almost unusable. I expect more from a hotel in this class.

Terrible booking . I had paid for a superior double room . And when I got to the room I realized that the room was a single room that they added a small bed . (Photo)When I went to the reception to complain they said that they are overbooked because some other customers extended their stay without warning them . They said the same to our friends who were traveling with us . Layers and thief’s my opinion is that we had a late arrival and they gave our rooms to others and they tried to foul us . They only think that they did is that the refunded 30 euros . I am very disappointed and from the hotel and from the hotels.com

I did not see any one of the steps and reception smiling or saying hi to me or to any customer

Our stay was excellent and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

No a/c. Safe box not working. Bathroom’s water unbalanced (too hot or too cold). Breakfast was average, but there’s always flies and bees and bugs around the food. Beds were uncomfortable. Pillows were not stuffed sufficiently. Over priced. However, the decorations were pretty good.

This place could and should be fantastic, but isn't. The current management team does not really know how to run a hotel.

The ONLY hotel I ever stay at in Baden-Baden!!!! Consistently perfect every trip....and you can’t beat the beautiful location.

This hotel has a charm that you come upu don't want to go back the view is fantastic the staffs kind and am sorry but this is a city and hotel like no other place in Germany .. You will feel at peace. .and at home ...
