Central Park

We got the room at 5:30 pm crazy late. Poor attitude of hotel staff. A dirty room full of hair. Towels are not clean. Just disgusted. After I complained to the hotel manager, I asked him to come in and told me that he did not like my complaints and behavior and I was invited to leave the hotel. Poor management of the hotel made me very nervous and right. I will not return there even if it is free.

Was very pleasant for the price, some construction on the room needed to be done and breakfast was very nice. They were very helpful though to all our needs.

When we arrived at 2 pm our room wasn’t ready, it got ready 4 pm. The dinner service is just till 7 pm, so soon. The pool wasn’t functioning. The bathroom door was soaked as was our bathe towels.

The hotel had some water damage so was booked at the Americana instead. Understand that this is out of their control but was sent to a cheaper hotel room where the window would close properly, heating did not work, pool under reconstruction with power cables and hoses all over the foyer and police were walking around looking for someone which made it fell unsafe. Sent email to central park and still awaiting a response. Not the best way to end my holiday.

I've made my reservation couple of months ahead and received confirmation from the site and the hotel. I've arrived to the hotel and the gate was closed, called the number on it with no answer. Went by foot the the entrance only to discover that the hotel is closed for renovations. The guard told me to go to a different hotel.. Had some trouble finding it. No one had given us a call or a notice that the hotel is closed for renovations and we were forced to accept the "arrengment" the hotel made without us knowing, for it was 17:00. O'clock in Friday and other hotels were either fully booked or overpriced..

I couldn't get into the hotel reaching the reception but there were building materials instead of receptionist. It was late, but to my luck, there was a construction worker who called the manager. She told us that she had directed my reservation at La Playa Plus Hotel. We have a reservation for Central Park Hotel but they have not finished their repair and have directed us to Hotel La Playa Plus Eilat. My reservation there was with breakfast and dinner and the same was be in La Playa.

Very central. Close to everything, the beach, the mall. Decent stay for the price.
