É aceitável, considerando uma pessoa não muito exigente e que esteja de passagem, o preço vale. O café da manhã é bom. O ambiente é limpo. O chuveiro tem água quente e fria. Quanto aos arredores, para quem não está acostumado, há muitas pessoas em situação de rua. É importante ficar atento. Não achei perigoso, mas, cada experiência é única. A localização é excelente no que se trata de centro e acesso a Rodoviária. Muitas lojas e lugares para fazer uma refeição. Agora, se você é uma pessoa acostumada a uma realidade diferente do que descrevi, não recomendo. Alguns pontos para a propriedade ficar atenta - dos 3 quartos que reservei, somente 1 havia toalhas e elas estavam embaixo da cama (pelo menos estavam ensacadas). Fui solicitar uma toalha e não tinha. Sugestão para o banheiro, instalar assento no vaso sanitário. Eu estava em família, estávamos de passagem, reservamos 1 diária.

Um quarto simples e básico, mas bem satisfatório para apenas uma noite que fiquei. Estava limpo e bem organizado. O colchão não é tão macio, mas dá pra dormir tranquilo. O café possuia algumas variedades de itens interessante. A recepcionista foi muito simpática e prestativa.

Café da manhã muito fraco, só tinha pão de sal e café com leite, um bolo, kisuco, margarina, e banana. As paredes do quarto estavam sujas estaria mais agradável se estivesse limpas.
