Clube Albufeira Garden Village, Albufeira

No es la primera vez que nos hospedamos en el club albufeira. Es lo mejorcito del Algarve. Piscinas, jardines, instalaciones fantasticas. Recomiendo apartamento superior.

The check In is too late. 17:00h, also check out too early 10:00 recepcionist very rude, not smile or similar, they make you feel like they are making you a favor giving you the key. Not willing to explain you anything or answer correct the questions about the place. Not personal service. Bad organization in the desk. Apartments are missing basics. No coffee. No salt. No basic cleaning stuff, you have to buy completely everything. Difficult to find the apartment in the complex. The worse are the beds. Pillows are old and uncomfortable, but disgusting. Apartments are big. Clean. Swimming pool is ok they have several. Food was disgusting in the pool. We had burger, it was heat It in microwave. We couldn’t eat it

El lugar está bueno y bastante tranquilo. Lo malo, si quieres wifi, tienes que pagar extra, si quieres caja fuerte, pues, paga extra, no hay muestras de jabón ni shampoo. Los colchones, bueno, es mejor dormir en el piso, así los muelles no te recuerdan toda la noche lo barato y malo que son estos colchones. Y el televisor, jeje, estamos en el 2018 y todavía este prestigioso hotel tiene televisores de tubo. Bueno, a lo bueno, el lugar está muy céntrico para visitar la zona sur de Portugal. Hay un centro comercial como a 5 min en coche, y el pueblo de Albufeira está bastante cerca, que por cierto es un pueblo muy bonito y amigable. Lo siento, pero a no ser que cambien los colchones, no puedo recomendar este lugar. Después de fiestas todo el día, dormir en una cama así no ayuda a descansar.

not a good start, on arrival at reception we were informed that there was no apartment available for the 14 nights booked. was offered alternative of 5nights in apartment (we accepted under protest with hope they would find) another for remainder of stay. bad news is,this is a very hiilly resort, apartment was located at the top of resort & on second floor (many stairs).although on my booking i informed the resort that I was dissabled.. alternative apartment was eventually found,,but had flooding in bathroom due to blocked drain (bathroom ,bedroom & hall flooded). not a suitable resort for the disabled at first apartment we had to taxi in &out of resort as we struggled with getting up & down hills. just to mention lastly on second day of arrival we shopped for several days in advance (including frozen food) only to find that the freezer wasn't working & beyond repair without spares) wasted food & money

Check in was friendly and very efficient. We were taken from reception to our apartment along with our luggage. Pool areas very clean. Good restaurants/snack bars. Easy to get into the town.
