Staff was great! Good location, clean. But no blackout curtains, A/C is a little loud, the TV service is a little weird (it's some streaming kind of service, similar to YouTube TV, not real TV channels, it's hard to navigate).

NEW BUT.....
This hotel is 8 months old. The back door was broken and you could not open it with your key card. The phone in the room did not work, could not call front desk. Walls very thin, could hear people in the next room.

Sweet staff but misleading rooms
There is no supplies in the room (no pots or pans, no dishes or cups). I had bought stuff to cook dinner when I noticed the stovetop in the pictures because most hotels that have a stovetop have supplies in the room to use it… not here. Also our fridge did not work so the $40 I spent on groceries literally all went in the trash. There are also no curtains on the blinds? So even in the middle of the night the room was pretty lit from the parking lot lights. There was also a LOT of broken glass in the parking lot.

Day of Cancelation from the Hotel
Absolutely disgraceful the way they handle things. I booked my hotel 2 days before my stay, everything was sorted, received my confirmation emailed…they called me at 6:00pm on the day I was supposed to stay there to tell me there were no rooms available so I couldn’t stay there. I had flown from NC to Clearwater for my friends funeral, and to be told this on the day I’m staying? I had to pay a ridiculous amount for booking a hotel the same day to stay over. Disgraceful.
