They were out of hot water for two days. Also, you have to check in on the extreme opposite side as the elevators.

The rooms were average nothing over the top. Our room did not have any toilettes. The service varies through the casino and hotel. The restaurants inside were not good and overpriced.

Brand new million dollar hotel just opened and there was no hot water or heat. They said a pipe burst which it wasn’t that cold and still doesn’t explain the heat issue. No refund or comp night offered. I had already paid thru hotels.com so I contacted them to try and get a refund. After about a week or so they tell me they never could get a hold of anybody at the hotel to speak with about a refund. How they expect me to believe that I’ll never know. To top it off I got double charged at the bar and now I’m having to dispute that issue. Dont believe I will give this grand hotel another try and even though hotels.com gave me a $20 credit, that doesn’t make up for having to take an ice cold shower and sit I a room with no heat that I paid nearly $200 for, so I believe I’m done with them also
