Keeping in mind u get what u pay 4, it was pretty good 4 the price. The check-in clerk was adequate, not friendly or unfriendly. The room was small & run down. Definitely could use remodeling but the bed was clean and comfortable. Once again, u get what u pay 4. I would stay here again.

My experience staying at America's Best Value Inn has been great, I have stayed here for the last four nights in a row. Booking a new room every night, every room has been clean. Since they have made all rooms NO SMOKING the rooms smell so clean. The hotel has a good comfortable feeling to it.

The roaches in the room were a game changer. When i complained they did nothing. NEVER AGAIN.

It was clean and they let me check in early which was really nice!

Clean rooms but didn’t have no hot water the staff was extremely pleasantly nice

Clean room, clean sheets, and clean floor. Heater worked as it should. Parking was easy. Popeye's Chicken is next door and White Castle a block away. The office staff were exceptionally nice folks. The only room issues we encountered were that it was difficult to get hot water - would take 5 mins of running the shower to get it to an acceptable water temp. The walls were thin, so we could hear our loud talking neighbors. The Inn staff knocked on our door early on our first day - they had us marked for our multi-night stay in a different room, so housekeeping thought we were supposed to vacate until I spoke with a manager (very quick to resolve the issue). And when the cleaning staff cleaned the room, they would take our three bath towels and replace them with two. It's a budget priced inn, so my expectations were not high. It is bare basic inn - no hair dryer, iron, microwave, etc. Some might find the people out at night a little sketchy - we experienced no problems. What we did get was a clean, reasonably maintained room that met our basic needs and a friendly staff.

The bed was clean and the bathroom looked like it had been damaged by smokers. Paint was chipping off the ceiling and there was no warm water and very little water pressure. The whole room smelled of smoke. The property sits extremely close to the road and was very very loud. Sirens ran up and down the street all night, not to mention how thin the walls are. I could hear everything.

The property is what you would expect based on the price. What i didnt expect is that while they put fresh linen in and made the bed that they would go through all my bags including the bag containing my laptop i had hidden in the drawer under my dirty clothes. I know they went through our bags because of our zippers were opened and the drawer was open and my lap top bag was open no longer hidden under clothes.

The staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and perfect for a one night stay. Other than the fact that it had a Smokey odor when we arrived.
