The hotel is well situated for both rail / bus stations and market square. There is a convenience store nearby which is useful. Brerakfast is OK but due to COVID it is no longer self service, so there was some waiting for food on a morning.

Amazing breakfast and great location
A tradional hotel that is a bit dated but for the price it was amazing. The breakfast was fabulous and the staff very friendly. Location is great. (Although tricky to find by car!) We would certainly book again.

Great location, excellent value, friendly helpful staff, clean and comfy. Not the most modern decor and there's no bar, but at these prices you can't moan. If I have to find something to gripe about, there's a smaller choice of breakfast items than on my previous visits here, but if that keeps the price down I don't mind at all. I'll be returning again. Tip - in the street-facing rooms on the lower floors, you can hear the rumble of the trams; the staff readily acknowledge this and will happily swap rooms if there's an alternative one available

Cheap but has everything you need during stay
Initially when we arrived the hotel did not know we had booked and said that they couldn't find the booking. To their credit seeing as they had rooms available they let us into a room, after a short wait, and sorted the problem out later. The hotel room was quite big, clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a room at the front though and the trams were very loud and started early in the morning. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of options: tea & coffee machine, fresh juices, cereals, cheese, different hams, pancakes, boiled egg, scrambled egg and sausages. A good location that is only 15 minutes walk to the market square (Rynek), <5 mins walk to the train station and there is a tram stop immediately outside to get around the city. Cheap hotel and for the price you couldn't expect anymore.

The hotel needs a bit of refurbishment but it is very clean and staff are friendly.It was only 15 mins walk to Christmas markets.Transport just outside door.Restaurant Galicja in the hotel is superb and cheap.
