La peor experiencia que he tenido. Todo estuvo mal. La señora que nos atendió es muy grosera tanto con los huéspedes como con los empleados. El trato fue muy malo y las condiciones bajo las cuáles había reservado no fueron para nada las reales. La habitación era absurdamente pequeña, había reservado 2 camas individuales y terminó siendo un camarote en muy malas condiciones, la señora apagaba y graduaba el aire acondicionado a su gusto, no teniamos sabanas ni cobijas, no teníamos toallas. Le comuniqué de forma respetuosa a la Sra a lo que contesto que todo era adicional. Nos cobró otro impuesto que no estaba estipulado y un depósito muchísimo más caro que en cualquier lugar. Otros huéspedes ( de New York y Ecuador) estuvieron muy molestos también con la atención. Todo estuvo mal, deberían sacar a este lugar.

No pudimos entrar por más de dos horas estuvimos afuera nadie nos contestó el teléfono y después de que logramos entrar nos querían cobrar mucho dinero más que de deposito 100 dólares y los vecinos nos dieron muy malas referencias que ahí se hospedan los ilegales que llegan a Aruba
