Nice seaside hotel

The hotel is well located with parking available just across the street for those arriving early enough. Clean, comfortable with an excellent group of staff. We felt catered to and warmly welcomed each time we passed the front desk. The restaurant served as the backdrop for breakfast with wonderful water views and people watching. Across the street, the esplanade welcome locals and tourists alike with warm evening walks or gelato fueled day strolls. The room was very clean as was the hotel and amenities were adequate. Rapallo is a great seaside town with the quaintness of other smaller towns but with better services including a water taxi/ ferry to visit Portofino or Santa Marguerita for a reasonable fare of €15 return. Tourist office is just next door a shopping and restaurants abound. Great time. Ciao !!

Close to everything walking around and close to all restaurant

The front reception, both the male but especially the female were excellent receptionists as well as the head chef Uthman and servers (don’t know everyone’s names) they were extremely welcoming and courteous and made the stay very nice. Also appreciated the fact they spoke English which was very helpful. The female receptionist was super nice and helpful and provided great suggestions with planning day trips out of Rapallo which allowed us to see Portofino and Camogli during the 2 days we were there, which could have almost not happened. I would totally return to this hotel due to the nice staff alone, although room was small, very cozy and the location was also amazing! Right on the promenade across from the sea/marina and walking distance from train station which was very important to us as well as central to everything you would need during a visit. By far the best hotel experience so far and have stayed in multiple hotels in 4 other countries in the past 3 weeks already! Thank you to the hotel staff for such a nice stay!😃 such an experience goes along way when traveling from abroad and for first time Italy trip. Absolutely loved visiting Rapallo!😁

The location is very good on the Esplanade. Good view, Lots of choice for food and cafes. The ferry to Portofino and Santa Margherita is direct opposite the hotel - very convenient! Rapallo is a nice locality, but not as geared to international visitors as it is to local tourism. The hotel has no parking available, and no tea or coffee facilities in the room. Our bed was very hard. We enjoyed our stay overall.

Great location. Comfortable room. Parking was a challenge. Machine took euros and didn't give a ticket. Asked hotel manager for help. Locals tried to help but imachine wouldn't work. Tried another machine. Got a tocket for dashboard but when we came back from Cinque Terra there was a ticket on the windshield. We got wrong type of ticket so we were penalized. Hotel couldn't help. Talked to man giving tickets the next morning and he couldn't help. Hertz said they will charge credit card plus service fee.

Beautiful sea view room on the 4th floor with small balcony. Newly renovated room was lovely. Staff all very friendly. The hotel is in a brilliant location in the middle of Rapallo. Boat excursions leave from a small jetty opposite the hotel. I would definitely recommend and return to this hotel.

I went on a solo trip and came upon Rapallo and fell in love. This hotel is perfectly located near the train, views of the water and tons of fun things to do nearby! Great experience with hotel staff. No conditioner--bring your own.

It was a last minute pic but what a wonderful stay. The location was key. I will never forget that city and will definitely be back. Loved loved loved it. I also loved the fact that the area wasnt touristy. It was perfect.
