Staying at this hotel was not without its challenges. I appreciated that it was a brand new hotel (opened only 3 weeks before my stay). I think this was one of the reasons for the challenges. Hot water and proper water pressure was a problem. The cleaning staff would sometimes not replace the complementary bottles of water and toilet paper. However, towards the end of my stay they seemed to be prompt with it. Even though there were problems I did like that the staff would attempt to correct the issue.
Some of the good things I have to say, is that the restaurant staff was amazing! The food was good, the wait staff was friendly and prompt. They went out of their way to accommodate you!
I am hoping that some of the problems were simply due to a new hotel and that the staff needed to work out the kinks. All in all the hotel was good and I hope they improve for the future
