What a joke
Beds were awful and made a terrible creaking noise whenever anyone moved even a little bit. In mutiple rooms as we stayed with a group. To the point that after the first night the dads tried to fix them in multiple rooms. No towel hooks at all in the bathroom even though it said to hang towels to be eco friendly. Fan didnt work. Pool has been closed for a month and didnt have it on the website. Booked it for the pool because of kids. Supposedly had a lounge but desk person told our friends they were referring to the gas station

Beware of extra charges
Be careful of hidden charges after the fact 100$ damage deposit credit card only 50$ pet fee per day I have a service dog and was told no pet fee But after I checked out they charged my card for said waved pet fee. Greasy greasy greasy. And 5 local tv channels I’ve stayed at Hampton in Utah for close to 40 days and never had the problems I had here. Save your headache and go to la Quinta

Really enjoyed all the amenities and the fact that this property was pet friendly. The only drawback was the severely sloped parking lot. There was a flat area, but it was always full, leaving us to park in tight, sloping spots.

The hotel was not clean. The front seat could not process our credit card for the $50 deposit required to stay (although the charge later appeared on our card). We were given a third floor room only to learn that the elevator did not work to go down from the third floor after carrying all of our luggage up there. We asked for a new room and were given one with a king bed and not two queens like requested. We needed up cancelling the room and the charge for the deposit and room were still charged on our credit cards. Horrible!
