Very friendly staff. The hotel start to seems a bit old, and could do with a fresh up.

Overall very good. Very clean. Good breakfast choice. Very quiet except last night where it sounded like building work in adjoining property overnight was not good.

The Hotel London is a nice hotel located directly on the main pedestrianized street of Tartu. Had it been the only place that I stayed at in Tartu, I might have actually loved it. I stayed there because I decided to extend my stay in Tartu by a night and my prior hotel (the Antonius) was sold out for the night. Don't get me wrong there was nothing wrong with the Hotel London. The other hotel was just more my style. I found the decor of the Hotel London to be a tad too modern for my tastes. I did, however, prefer the breakfast buffet at the Hotel London. And the breakfast restaurant was quite attractive. Overall, I did enjoy my stay at the Hotel London. It would be my second choice were I to return to Tartu.

The staff was very helpful and courteous. The hotel was clean and had an amazing location.

It was a very nice stay. We arrived late and the staff was very helpful with finding a restaurant for late dinner. Our rooms were ready and perfectly prepared. There was a parking lot that the hotel guests could use for free. And this was very convenient too, because there is small number of parking places available near the hotel as the center is pedastrian.

Hotel London is located in the heart of Tartu (which is a small city anyway, but this is the very centre.) Therefore, it's very convenient for all the local bars and restaurants, the hotel is just a few steps from the town hall square. We really enjoyed the breakfast too. The staff was professional, kind and very helpful.

If you are staying in the heart of Tartu, this is your best option -- free parking, clean facilities, great ac, friendly staff. We had trouble with our booking, which was supposed to be for two nights, not one, but they found us another place nearly, and they gave us champagne and a fruit platter. Mistakes happen, and we were pleased with how they helped us avoid a very challenging situation. I would highly recommend Hotel London. The restaurant on the first floor, is fantastic, too. Don't miss it!
