Great place to stay

I am quite perturbed over the fact I have yet to receive my deposit back. I don't have a clue as to it's whereabouts! None whatsoever.

The lady at the front desk upon arrival was very kind and helpful. the issues I had was with the stocking of your breakfast bar. first day at 8am I had to ask the front desk to please stock it. it was eventually barely stocked. today the bar was pretty much empty from 8:30 on. only a few items out. I watched guests come down only to go back to room. the gentleman behind the desk just simply watched, making no effort to restock and not making eye contact when people looked at him. Its no secret people come down last 30 minutes of breakfast to eat. first time here and prob the last. this may seem like a simple dumb reason to make up your mind but with covid, travelers already deal with no room service, lack of places to eat etc.not asking for much but keep the bar full. little things are big deals right now.

Overall, the stay was fine. The bed was comfortable and the hotel and room (suite with king bed) were clean. The kitchenette had everything we needed to take care of several of our meals. The hotel is very quiet and the window shades make the room ideal for daytime naps. A few things that could be improved upon: - We stayed four nights with two adults in a two-room suite. There were two televisions but only one remote control to use for both. I called to ask about a second remote and was told the hotel for some unknown reason only provides one per room. This makes no sense when two people don't always want to watch the same thing together while spending five days in a hotel room. - Add something hot to the grab-n-go breakfast offerings. I have stayed at two other similar hotels during the pandemic and both had items like breakfast burritos or sandwiches individually wrapped for guests. - All staff and guests need to wear masks when in the common areas. Two unmasked maintenance workers got on the elevator with me and did not put them on even when they saw me wearing my mask.

We came for a four day stay to get knee surgery at a nearby hospital. We love the room because it was a suite and it had a separate bedroom, living room and a kitchen. Everything was super clean and when we arrived all of the kitchen essentials were in the dishwasher being sanitize so we felt like it was very safe. There were lots of little places with outdoor dining to eat nearby and within walking distance. The staff also went above and beyond to help us with some logistical issues requiring them loaning us their tool box which was incredible. Super impressed with the element concept and especially with this location. I would do this hotel chain and this location again.

This Hotel was not so great. First off it was NOT very clean. Second it is a VERY noisy hotel. Our room faced the outside courtyard that has a grill. People were out there grilling with their 3 dogs until late. Dogs were barking and people were very loud. The people above us had little kids, sounded like they were jumping on the beds and onto the floor, also sounded like they were rearranging the furniture until 1:00am. So over all not a good stay.

The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect for our family. Everything was very clean and the check in process was very quick and easy. We didn't have a chance to use the pool and gym. Not much available for breakfast due to COVID, but it was not an issue since there is a kitchen in the room.

Check in was good, didnt have my room w double beds, i wish websites or hotels would quit over booking, supposedly upgraded to suite, lmao like a single sudio w kitchen, super small pillows not comfortable nor the been , and be warned you can hear everything through the walls.

Been staying here off and on for several years because it’s close to family. It was never amazing but we kept coming back for value and convenience. The place has gone downhill over time and we won’t be back.
