Was informed that we had no hot water when we arrived. Staff was very friendly and informative about the situation. The owner and manager were very nice people but nice doesn’t mean the stay was pleasant. We had to by owner own comforters and sheets. We cleaned the rooms because they had hair in the tube. Sheets had cigarette smoke and burns.
