Fantastic room, hotel, staff and service. Only 2 small issues which we mentioned to the team - waterfall shower head needed descaling and a la carte evening menu was not to their normal standard. Would highly recommend this hotel. We had a lovely relaxing time. Also the breakfast was awesome.

Absolutely gorgeous resort with top end staff and premises!! This place is just beautiful- even the breakfast/dining room is beautiful. Miss Ba Nguyen was our Host on arrival and she was superb. Our room was gorgeous and spacious. The inclusive buffet breakfast was phenomenal. The pool area and bar is gorgeous and the beach is untouched and goes for miles in both directions. Looks great but desperately needs a customer experience manager if the hotel ever wanted to attract Aussies/Kiwis. The room aircon can’t be set less than 22° and the room stays at 23°. Staff are generally not proactive and English language is very basic. However the beach, the gym and the guys at the pool are great. Even at half the price of the neighbouring resorts, not sure I would recommend.

We booked a villa at the resort and Kim Anh was our host and she and the staff took great care of us. They were very responsive with all our needs such as requesting services, towels, rides, etc. The service and staff here are exceptional and really make you feel welcomed. I highly recommend this resort if you’re staying in Da Nang.

It is a pretty huge place but the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. The doormen are particularly cheerful and the lifeguards very chatty and warm. My room was pretty big, with a great shower and free standing bath and a nice view of both the sea and Marble Mountain. The grounds are gorgeous, with beautifully kept plants, and little bridges over water filled with the eponymous koi carp. Sadly for me, it was not possible to swim in the sea the entire time I was there. The hotel is right on the gorgeous beach but the sea was too rough to swim. Thankfully there is a large infinity pool overlooking the beach, where at 6am I was able to swim my lengths, usually the only person in the pool. What is also great is that there is a slightly smaller indoor pool that was always quiet, with a couple of jacuzzis in it. My flight was late evening so I wanted a late checkout, which was given to me at an incredibly generous rate, since had been there for 2 weeks. The only tiny negative is that my stay was advertised as having 'Inclusive Spa access', which I found misleading as I was only actually entitled to a one 15 minute massage for the duration of a 2 week stay, or a 10 minute steam or sauna.

Hotel was far from the main city, so a lot of the tours do not pick up. We booked the Bana Hills tour from the hotel and had to pay extra for pick up. We had to get Grab to go into town, which was fine because it was cheap. We booked the Grand Suite and it was magnificent. Loved the ocean view and wrap around balcony to the city view. Our room had both views. The staff is very nice always willing to help if needed. Breakfast buffet was huge, from Asian to western choices. You won't be starving when you leave. Would I stay in room again?? FOR SURE!! You can't beat the view, even if it means I have to get a Grab to go into town.
