Every team member we encountered was warm, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure we had the best experience. It’s also incredibly kid-friendly, which made our trip even more enjoyable and stress-free as a family. We loved everything about this resort — the amenities, the atmosphere, and the overall sense of relaxation it provided. Cloudland exceeded our expectations in every way, and we can’t wait to return. I had a great stay at this property! Staff was great and the property is beautiful. Only one con…I waited hours for breakfast to arrive and it never did after being told twice that it was on the way. However, I will not let that deter me from staying again. Already planning another trip in the spring.

While the room was clean and the staff was courteous, we did experience several issues that affected our stay. The bathroom fan was not working, we could hear doors slamming frequently, and the room was not in a quiet area. In addition, an alarm sensor was flashing intermittently, which was very disturbing and disrupted our sleep.

Awesome staff.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Truck was parked in valet parking which was over a mile away, anytime I needed it. It was there within five minutes.

Cloudland Property and staff were very good. Will not book through Expedia in the future however. Nothing but stress and issues due to inaccuracies in booking at the start then those inaccuracies showed up again on the last day. Expedia’s part in the process was awful.

Beautiful property and views! Seemed a little short staffed which led to slow service at times, but overall a great overnight stay. I do think the golf course is a little over valued at $275. The course was not I. premium condition (tee boxes were beat up, and we even teed off a mat at one point). Only 2 bottles of water are included at that price, and we did not see any free water stations. Also did not see a beverage cart at all on the back 9. Hotel fantastic, golf course a little pricey for what you get.

The property was great. We went for Fourth of July weekend. The weekend entertainment was well organized and the kids had a good time. Our 2 rooms when we arrived were not very clean and were missing towels. We did call and they delivered some very quickly. The cleanliness of the rooms after being serviced daily was definitely not great. We had an eye contact from I can only assume was the guest before us on the side table next to the bed dried up. It remained there all 3 nights we stayed which means no one was cleaning the side tables. We made sure the tables were free of items so that they would be cleaned but never were. The same went for the shower glass.
