Great location, room as described, very clean, microwave working ok. The only suggestion is for you to leave available a pan/frying pan, as there was a hob available in my room, however I could get a pan in case I rent in the reception. It doesn't make much sense to me.

2/10 Poor

The hotel is well located and the room is okay for the price you pay. The problem is the receptionists, not well trained and often rude and even arrogant. I stayed there for almost a month and followed all the rules but one of the receptionist “warned” one of my guests, who was just visiting if He stayed after 10Pm He would be “removed” from the room. The receptionist really used this sort of language without even letting me know. My friend arrived in the room very startled with this uncomfortable treatment. I really hope this hotel management learn how to treat their guests better. I was staying by myself and never caused any trouble to get this sort of unnecessary situation. Be aware this is not a hotel, they think they re a flat or something like that with very strict rules. I ll never stay there again if I need a long term place as they don’t treat people nicely!!

Nao volto.

Quarto faz muito barulho. Devido avenida . Fora as obras. Carro que recolhe lixo madrugada. O descarga do banheiro que fica caindo agua sozinha.

A localização é ótima (Av. Paulista!)...
