Great place to stay on your way to the Lava Beds
Our host was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a wonderful continental breakfast included with baked goods, cereal, juice, coffee and home made jams. We very much enjoyed our stay there on our way to the Lava Beds

Fine French Decor in a Milky Way town
I stopped here for a night while on a solo roadtrip, visiting the lava beds. This space is gorgeous, the hosts are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was delicious- with lots of options. I took a walk around the block and saw the Milky Way. There are tasty food options nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.

We were hesitant to stay here due to a lack of reviews but it was an amazing experience. Family atmosphere, great welcome, space for our dog to roam. We felt like family coming home. We grilled in the backyard, played board games in the living room, and relaxed in the hot tub. Stay here- you won’t regret it.

We had a lovely stay, the house was amazing and its history is fabulous 👌 The room was perfect. We brought our dog and he loved the back yard! There were a few other guests that were great to talk with at the breakfast table. Breakfast was amazing! Fresh fruit, an array of cereals freshly baked cookies coffee was delicious. Lots of choices for breakfast. We were not there long but would like to come back to Butte Valley Bed and Breakfast
