All of the staff at this property are wonderful and always at the ready to assist myself and other guests with any concern. Staff are constantly keeping the property clean and tidy. Loved the rooftop and exercise equipment. Look forward to another stay!

Super cute hotel and helpful staff. Suggestions: have a small table near the bathroom sink, and send communication in English for those traveling from the USA. I sent a request through Expedia prior to travel and never received a reply. We tried to call from the airport and no answer. An airport employee tried to call for us, and no answer.

Great place to stay 20 minutes from the center of Mexico. Great but they do need to add some ac even though they did accommodate me with a fan the room was a bit humid. When we went it wasn’t that hot in Mexico so the fan was something great for the weather.

Excelente propiedad a un muy buen precio. Recomendado al 100%. Muy cerca de todo y en una zona muy segura. A 15 minutos caminando esta la estacion de metro rio san joaquin, al lado una bodega aurrera y muy cerca de buenos sitios.

Excelente, la recomiendo bastante, su equipo de trabajo atento y servicial , solo quisiera hacer una recomendación sobre la lavandería , si no posees tarjetas no puedes utilizarla deberían habilitar alguna otra opción para los huéspedes que solo viajamos con efectivo. Sin duda regresaría , me tuve que mover de lugar porque realmente los precios se elevaron demasiado sino me hubiese quedado aquí por más tiempo

Tuve una estancia maravillosa en un apartamento que cumplió mis expectativas. Su ubicación es excelente, al mismo tiempo que la tranquilidad y seguridad que ofrece el lugar. Sin embargo, sería ideal contar con algunos elementos esenciales de limpieza dentro del apartamento ya que solo obtuve un día de limpieza general durante quince días de estancia. Esto ayudaría a los huéspedes a mantener el espacio aún más agradable. A pesar de esto, mi experiencia fue muy positiva y definitivamente volvería.

El departamento está limpio y céntrico lo volvería a rentar! solo recomiendo poner porta maletas plegables para no tener las maletas en el piso, también poner en el baño otro colgador para ropa porque si somos 2 personas nomas hay para las 2 toallas. En general está bien!
