Don’t waste your money
We had reservations but the man at the front desk had us and our friends who also had reservations waiting for 20-30 minutes. When we finally got irritated we were being ignored he stated he had more important things to do than check us in. The elevator was broke and there were teenagers running around well after quiet hours and nothing was being done. When checking out I walked up to the desk for them to look irritated that I was there and the breakfast that they advertised was “not available” that day. When we asked to speak to a manager since we were irritated we were told to call customer service but the number he gave us was a disconnected number. The room was very clean though!
