This was one of our best hotel stays ever and we travel a ton! This 30 room gem is comfortable and managed by an attentive team who bends over backwards to assist their guests in every way. It’s beautifully appointed - with candle light in the evenings. They brought chocolate and water to the room, have 24 hour room service and assist with reservations and travel plans. They utilize the best products and visit the rooms several times a day. When we left they even provided coffee and breakfast for the car ride to the airport! Sloane square and the local neighborhood is delightful and it is right next to the tube stop. We will always stay here when in London!

The property is beautiful, with a lovely reception area, light & bright restaurant & ‘clubby’ fun bar. Every single person we encountered; from the staff we communicated with ahead of time on WhatsApp, to the very welcoming doorman and literally every member of the staff was exceptional & went above & beyond expectation to make our stay wonderful.
