Very poor service - we had to make repeated requests when they failed to leave towels, fill mini-bar, waiting at restaurants etc etc, ignored by some bar staff at restaurants. Check in took over 1hour. Hotel full of US ‘spring beakers’ who were on the free alcohol quest! Staff friendly and Pools good.
