Mentor Home Inn

Room was decent in size. Room was not clean. Left over food and beverage in the fridge. Empty condom wrappers on the floor. Toilet seat not bolted down. Dirty counter tops.

The beds were clean but the bathtub and the floors were not as clean as they should have been. Room needed some repairs like the inside door lock was loose, holds in the bathroom door, and paint to name a few.There was a lot of yelling and cussing the first night/morning at about 0345. This went on for about 1/2 an hour. It was disturbing and if not for the time I would have called the office.

This would not allow me to post pictures. It is very outdated. Beds are basically a mattress on the floor. If you have bad knees this is not an option for you. The electric plugs would not hold in anything. You could not plug in a phone charger or curling iron. People were extremely loud to the point cops were called every night. The staff tried to quiet them down. You could not park near your room. It did have hot water and it was reasonably priced.

While the room had been remodeled so it looked good, there was a smell when I walked in, the floor was filthy, the bath door was dirty and didn't close, and you could hear everything that went on outside. Despite being a "motel", apparently people live there like apartments. I was woken throughout the night by people talking outside, with non-stop at 3am. Tried to call the front desk, but the room phone didn't work, so I had to use my cell phone. They were sent inside, where they then turned on music and about 4:30am decided to have a wrestling match, all of which I could still hear. The super low price was not worth it.

My daughter and I left at two in morning due to safety issues shady people walking around and looking in our vehicle with flashlight loud music very uncomfortable front desk very helpful and contacted police but they never showed

Three out or four days, we were not provided with clean towels, nor was our room cleaned.

You get what you paid for. Doors were broken, smoke detector was broken, beds weren’t comfortable.

People allowed to party till 3/4 am. Loud people fighting/ running around . I reported this in the late am morning, and staff person yelled at me for not reporting this at 3 am! She was very loud and unprofessional . Should not be aloud to work at this business. I never once yelled at her...

This stay was for my grandson. I was never at the hotel.

The AC unit was very loud all night long, there was hair in the shower that wasn't mine, the floor looked like it hadn't been mopped from the last folks' stay. The 1st room I was checking in to reaked of cigarettes in a non-smoking room.
