Hotel Eclat Taipei

The hotel's location and the personal attentions from the staff is some of the most attractive features of this hotel. You are about 15-20 minute walking distance to major commercial centers, night market, and intersting restaurants hidden in the alleyways. However, the downside is, facility is clearly aged, room is small, and if you happen to face Dun Hua Nan Road, the traffic noise is quite loud. As far as service is concerned, hotel staff is friendly and attentive. But, as a small hotel, there are a lack of concierge and bell service. We had to load and unload our luggages all by ourself, as no bell captain service was offered. Food quality wise, we tried the sandwich, beef noodle, and the set menu. The value is quite low for the money as food tastes so-so, and overly priced. Fortunately, there are so many good eateries and street foods around that are delicious and at much more reasonable prices.

Such hospitable management and employees. They go the extra mile to make sure everything is perfect and to your liking. Very honest and trustworthy. Hotel was perfectly located, and super clean! When I come back to Taiwan, would definitely come back here.

Great bed - very comfortable. Quiet and peaceful. Good variety of free coffee and beverages. The only downside was it was a little walk from the main streets - about 5-8 minutes walk to shops and restaurants.

A small luxury hotel without being pompous. Personnels are friendly warm and helpful. The location is very quiet, safe and accessible to the Metro. Walking distance to Taipei 101 Our deluxe room is just right. Appreciate good lighting system with us to be able to control the lights we need. There was no bathtub but it did not bother us just having a good shower. Would like though to have some kind of a handle inside the shower room to hold on to prevent accident.(convenient for older people). Not much to offer in food variety for lunch or dinner but there is an Italian restaurant in the basement. Good breakfast buffet and menu. As a whole we enjoyed and confortable in our 6 nights stay in this hotel. We can recommend Hotel Eclat and wish them much success.

Near subway station but still need to walk for 8-10 mins with your luggage. The hotel itself is great. Reception has very good service when check in and check out. Room is clean, spacious. Bathroom is exceptional. Also free mini bar. Highly recommended.

Wonderful stay at this boutique hotel at a great location.

Hotel itself was nice, excellent location. Once there, staff was usually very helpful. However, i send a direct message and a mail several days before arrival asking for the airport transfer published on the website, and never got any response, which at a property at this level is unacceptable.

The hotel is at a very good location. There are night market, restaurants, and convenience stores within walking distance. It is a very artistic hotel and the room is spacious. The mini bar is well stock. Definitely will stay at this hotel again.

This is an upscale hotel with service to match. We enjoyed the atmosphere and decor other than the statues in red which didn’t match the ambience. You will feel like you’ve had a retreat from the city in style..
