Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Wayne

Hotel was clean. COVID19 guidelines were followed. Employees at front desk and any cleaning crew were wearing face masks appropriately. The hot tub was down for repairs, so we skipped the pool area altogether. Our room 328 was quiet. Sheets were clean, pillows soft, hot water in the showers, plenty of towels for our use. There was a microwave and a mini-fridge in the room, which was a bonus. The alarm clock had USB plugs on the front of it, so there were extra charging points for electronics. Check out was fast and friendly. Location was good. We were able to have a variety of options for restuarants within a ten minute drive. Meijer and Walmart both within a block for last minute items needed.

My room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was pretty decent. They were following Covid guidelines. Will stay again. Very polite employees.

It was nice and clean! The staff was friendly and happy to assist you!

Beds were uncomfortable elevator dirty. Hotel looked old and not care for all that good.

WiFi was down. Location is great.

This property was pitiful! Upon arrival the front desk clerk was under the influence of something. She wouldn’t even look me in the eye. She could barely hold her eyes open. The next day, no one came to my room to clean or offer any fresh linens, coffee or any other items needed. No trash was removed from my room or any other areas in the hotel. Trash cans were overflowing in and out of the building. That evening the pillar caught on fire outside of the hotel which required the fire department to come and put the fire out. The clerk told me there were no clean towels or washcloths that night. She seemed to be the only one working. The next morning when checking out, an employee came in and seemed to be very angry. She looked as if it was hurting her to be at work that day. She seemed to dislike her job with a passion. I would not recommend this property for anyone to stay at. It's in a Good location. Newer hotel with clean rooms. Beds are smaller though.

Poorly staffed. No items for breakfast. Employees complaining about lack of managers. Guests fighting with the front desk staff. Employees in their cars having a cigarette so the front desk is empty. Employees with their boyfriends chatting behind the front desk. No housekeeping.

It was a good stay

The service was amazing from check in through breakfast and check out. The jets on the hot tub didn't work, but that was the only negative about our stay.
