The property is very run down and dirty, my wife stepped on the exposed carpet tack strip and cut her foot, the bed was not comfortable and the pillows had to be about 1” thick. I will bypass East Glacier in my next trip to that area

The ‘free breakfast’ was a joke - they handed us 2 breakfast burritos the night before & we were supposed to microwave them ourselves in the morning. Don’t book this property if you want to guarantee you have a place to stay. When I went to check in for my two night stay, I was informed they had double booked and only had a room for us the first night. Although they did reduce the price for that first night, it still left me without a place to stay. I had to adjust my itinerary and book a room 100 miles away the next night because nothing was available nearby. I don’t understand how nobody could call and let us know the situation in advance and instead I was informed when I showed up. Very poor customer service and not much of an apology considering the huge inconvenience this caused. The property is under new management and they make an effort to keep it clean and comfortable. Still not worth the risk of showing up and not having your reservation honored.
