Hi,
First, we never met or saw the person incharge of this accomodation.
Once we entered the unit, after 5 minutes of inspection we found the following:
Toilet seat is broken and my daughter fell inside!! and no toilet paper or shower kit as promised.
There's no door to the 2nd room (just gyprock under construction).
No curtains on the windows and on one there's a mechanism for making shadow that is broken.
The wardrobe's door in the 2nd room is broken to a point you can't really open the door.
There's a leak in the sink and you cant even wash a cup.
Dirty cuttleries !
With all the above we never ever got such a deep feeling of being poorly treated with no respect, that unit shouldn't be published on "Hotels.com" – it's a disgrace!
We had to book another place to stay for the following two nights as we can't stay in this unit any second more than needed.
More over the stuff on prem was very rude.
After 12 hours, no one answered us, and toilet paper was still missing.
Never ever n my whole life i was treated this way.
Hotels and the owner never refunded us for the missing 2 nights , didnt even apoplogise !!
