GREAT customer service, and that made our layover in Istanbul so relaxing and easy! Reception and driver were accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. Got us drinks and helped us order traditional food to be delivered to our room. One of the best experiences I have had with customer service. My room was clean enough with air conditioning but the bathroom smelled very weird. Breakfast was great, the airport shuttle was overall good and the hotel was very responsive. My only complaint is that I had a room right at the elevator and the elevator was very loud with beeping all night long. It was okay with earplugs in so make sure you bring some in case that happens to you!

Front Desk agents, the girls from restaurant are very nice, friendly and helpful. Transfer was easy from/to airport. Breakfast decent, you can ask for tea/coffee during the day, they very easy on that. Rooms are clean, decent size. For my layover was the best option. WiFi worked perfectly fine. They speak English, Turkish, Russian and maybe many others. Great communication skills.
