Great affordable room! It was so nice to have "home base" right next to downtown, and walking distance to the boardwalk. Pros: GREAT LOCATION, comfy bed, free coffee, microwave and mini fridge, good water pressure in the shower, makeup mirror, not too noisy, good room service, simple check in and check out Cons: AC was pretty loud, but it worked very well. If you are tall it's hard to get under the shower head to wash your hair/face. Would recommend, and i plan to return!

Been here many times. Last fall stayed and it was nice. This time different management and a way different experience. The whole hotel had a strong unpleasant odor. The hallway was dirty and stains on the wall. The room was not very clean. Worst of all there was a mysterious stain on the sheet in the middle of the bed, was dark in color you decide what it was as I had to. Upon checkout I voiced my concern and the replay was “your all checked out” and he turned around and went back in the office and left me standing at the counter, guess they don’t care. I’m very sad to see this happen to a place that was once a cute affordable and very clean place. My family will not go back here.

Pros: Room was very clean, nice TV, glad it had a mini fridge. Good amount of free parking, property was decent. Not far from the Boardwalk, pretty quiet neighborhood. Cons: Bed was NOT comfortable and bathroom had no exhaust fan or window. Towel rack FELL OFF the wall when i tried to hang a hand towel on it. Owner said maintenance would come fix it but they just removed it so we had no towel rack during our stay. Swamp cooler was loud and walls were very thin (heard neighbors all the time). Overall, just decent, not great. Glad it was clean and relatively cheap compared to other hotels in the area.
