Stayed one night and it was perfect. Convenient, clean and great location. Very large bedrooms. Excellent for family.

The Palazzo's very comfortable junior suite, “Lucrezia” was our home for a 4 day stay during the Verdi Festival. The room was beautifully furnished and spacious, with a kitchenette. It had 4 chairs plus a loveseat and a small table. The bed was very comfortable and the housekeeping was impeccable. The location is within a few feet of the Baptistery and just across the piazza from the Duomo. It’s essentially a pedestrian-only area but within a block or two of the many of Parma’s attractions and restaurants. Included breakfasts were simple but very nice, in the ground level TCafé. Staff served us at a small table; this is not buffet-style. The real star of the Palazzo’s show, however, is the staff. They handled many requests for advice and assistance, including arranging a driver from Marco Polo airport, a day tour to a winery and a balsamic acetaia, many restaurant suggestions and several reservations. I highly recommend staying at the Palazzo, and would suggest staying several nights in order to truly appreciate all that it has to offer.

An excellent location with delightful staff. The breakfast was not good enough with a lack of choice.

This hotel is located right in the centre of Parma. It has been renovated to a clean, modern standard. The bed was very comfortable, the room large. We had a hire car and had reserved parking. The hotel sent through very helpful instructions on how to get to the hotel, as you have to enter a restricted area and GPS contact can be lost in the city. After we removed our bags from the car, the staff actually parked the car for us, and had it out ready for us the next morning. Fabulous service!! They have a cafe, where a limited breakfast is served. At all times when I contacted the hotel they were prompt in their replies. I would have no hesitation to recommend this establishment to anyone coming to Parma. We had the Baptistery right outside our window, the cathedral two minutes away, shopping about five minutes walk. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

We stayed in Parma for one night and the hotel was beautiful with lots of character. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Cafe on site. It's in a great location and the staff were helpful, friendly, and were able to speak English. We would stay again.

Beautiful property in the absolute best location literally next to the Baptistry. Spacious apartment. The only thing that kept me from giving a perfect score is the mattress was pretty hard. But I’d stay there again in a heartbeat.
