Hotel Belle Epoque Baden Baden

The hotel is lovely and the staff is incredibly helpful, especially Ivan who is amazing! I guess he noticed that I don’t eat meat and he offered me a personal veggie plate for breakfast, it was delicious! He also helped us sort out a misunderstanding regarding the room upgrade. He really goes above and beyond to make his guests feel comfortable. Thanks Ivan!

We enjoyed our stay here so much we extended a night. Beautiful, old world European hotel with service rarely experienced in today’s travel. We booked a somewhat basic room and it was large, grand, immaculate furnished and impeccably clean. The breakfast and afternoon tea were flawless. And it is just a couple blocks away from the shopping, restaurant, spa and casino district. Quiet but close to the best of Baden Baden.

You get transported back to another century...most charming property, full of eye catching antiques and beautiful paintings and art work, excellent front desk staff, delicious bre as kfast buffett and coffee and cake is served in the afternoon

The hotel doesn’t have a lift and my father is 85 years old and struggled to go up 3 flight of stairs. The hotel is simply perfect except for the fact that the lack of lift is not advertised.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left our stay was exceptional. The service they provided was personalized and executed quickly. I will stay at this hotel again and again and stay in the same room, we loved it!

I originally booked for one night but stayed a second night. Charming, gracious old world hotel.

The services were way to terrible staff were not professional and are too slow! We were banded from staying at the terrace since they were hosting a private party!! I am not going to book it even with half of its so expensive price!! Not recommended at all!!

I had the most wonderful four day stay at Belle Epoque in Baden Baden on my own, while my husband rode through the Swiss Alps. My room was just gorgeous. I felt like a lady who had stepped back in time. From the decor in my bedroom (which included a large seating area, and a huge tub in my room), to the immaculate gardens - it was all just perfect. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make my stay so great. The bed linen was sumptuous - to the point where I cocooned myself in fluffy down pillows and quilts, and could have quite happily stayed there all day, if it wasn't for the sight seeing I needed to do. Breakfast was delicious and taken in the parlour of the historic hotel or on the terrace overlooking the garden. Once again, you felt like you were stepping back in time. The porcelain chandelier was a work of art, and the complimentary afternoon tea was literally the icing on the cake. I was quite sad when I had to leave, as I could have stayed their indefinitely. Baden Baden was absolutely fantastic. It is such a relaxed place to stay with all of its amazing architecture and historic buildings, along with a multitude of parks and walkways.
