Close to lake - Bare bones accommodation
Charming to look at with the staff pleasant at check in. Room cleanliness a question. Clothes in drawers came out with hair and dirt on them, bathroom shower partially broken for entire stay, 13" television, very slow internet, many steep stairways to maneuver to get to most rooms. There is a rule book about 2" thick that explains multiple times that you are under video surveillance at all times when out of your room. Add on fee's apply to everything including the use of the heating. The kitchen furnishings are bare bones as well and severely dated. Plan on using the same towel for the week and you only get 1 roll of toilet paper to use so go #2 sparingly. If you are looking for a place close to Lake Como and are willing to forego the amenities of a traditional hotel, then maybe this is the place for you. The views are great, the accommodation is fair.

Great stay
Immaculate accomodation and great friendly service. Air con in the room would be a bonus as would a later check out than 8-9am. Would definitely stay again and recommend thank you! Area was great and we enjoy walking so it suited us but if it doesn't you will need car hire. In between Lenno and Tremezzo and perfect to explore.

Nice apartment, fantastic views!
Fantastic view from room and balcony across the lake. Apartment well equipped and comfortable. Car not needed as long as you are relatively fit - nearest shop / bar / bus stop only 10 mins walk down hill to Azzeno (15 mins back up the hill!!) - boat stop in Lenno or Tremezzo can be reached on foot in 20 / 30 mins respectively. Pool was freezing but still nice to have.
