Eiger Selfness Hotel - Zeit für mich

My mother was seriously ill and had her surgery before the travelling, I kindly asked the hotel to cancel my booking in order to get my refund. Even with the medical letter from doctor informing my mother will not able to travel, hotel staff Benjamin refused my request. I will not recommend this hotel because they have no sympathy.

The staff are nice and helpful. There are gym, sauna. The room is big and breakfast is nice.

Great place ,spa is wonderful ,rooms have a great view and the street side restaurant is very good

This hotel is in a decent location. The breakfast was amazing: the croissants were the best I have ever had in Switzerland, the variety of meats, cheeses, and other breakfast foods was unique. Our room had a bathtub that didn't drain so the dirty water was backing up during my shower and the TV had no signal. We reported the issues with the room and I assume they will get fixed. However the room itself was a little run down and could use some updating.

Property was exceptionally clean, also had a coin operated laundry room which was great to do a wash. The meals are excellent and the hotel is full of simple gestures as free fruit stands here and there, chilled water etc

I love this hotel! It has a good central location, it's almost equidistant to everywhere - train station, bus parade, shops, First attraction, cable car attraction, bus stop, a beautiful area for runs and restaurants! Very clean, spacious room, a complete gym with various machines, different floor spaces for various exercises and many weights. Within the hotel, there are three restaurants / bars to eat at. And we bought the room with a view. So we woke up to see mountains every morning! And when we retreated to our hotel, we were also greeted by a beautiful view. It was just amazing.

Great location and views. However you didn’t feel welcoming when you see staff in other hotel area (front desk and restaurant are good services).

very nice staff, the little extras like the free mini bar and check out iced tea were great.

From check-in to check-out, & everything in between, this was a fantastic hotel stay! Our room was very new, clean, & comfortable w nice amenities & a great view of Eiger Mountain. Hotel staff - especially Melanie at the front desk, Isabelle in catering, Thomas at the spa, & Giselle (whom I believe to be the owner/manager) - were excellent and truly made us feel very welcome & at home during our stay. Breakfast was a broad selection of local, tasty fare, & both the restaurant & cafe we're quite satisfying. Front desk team even helped us book tickets & gave helpful hints & suggestions for area activities - which was a real convenience & much appreciated. Location allowed for great exploration of Jungfrau region + day trips to other sites (like Interlaken) w no need for a car. Overall, Eiger Selfness Hotel was an excellent choice for our Swiss stay.
