Convenient location for access to downtown

A great place to stay. Close to grocery store, etc. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends. Very good price for Vienna. Room well equipped for cooking. Saved us lots of money...eating out in Vienna is quite expensive.

Great find in Vienna

Great apartment! It was huge and had everything you could want. Comfortable bed, kitchen with all equipment. Wish we could have stayed longer. The only minor negatives were the busy street, but the tv can drown that out, the water didn't get very hot for showering and the person in the apartment seemed to do some gym routine for an hour or 2 in the evening. But overall really good!

Hotel didn't have room for me; had sleep elsewhere

I arrived at the hotel and was told that they didn't have any info on my reservation. I told them I just booked it on Hotels.com a couple hours before. They said couldn't have possibly booked a room there because they were full. I showed them my Hotels.com receipt. They said that they messed up and that they had no availability and that the room shouldn't have been available on Hotels.com. Probably they booked it themselves over the phone and never took it off Hotels.com. So I had to go stay with a friend. One star.

spend a little more for something nicer!

The stay was just ok. The reception is on the second floor, small lift, and the apartment is down a floor. The second bed was not made as promised and it was hard to sleep at night with the blinds not being black out.

Our first trip to Vienna! Great Location!

This hotel was very centrally located and so convenient. The rooms were spacious and clean and the price was great! Very poor internet access, very noisy street sounds around the clock, bad pillows, and poor air conditioning were some of the down sides.

All the Amenities

Great hotel/apartment, it had everything one could possibly need. The kitchen was among the best I've encountered in an European hotel/apartment room. Most of staff was super friendly.

Zimmer angenehm groß, Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Wir hatten anfangs ein Badetuch (keine Handtücher) für drei Personen. Ein Zahnputzglas für drei Personen, wobei noch Zahnpaste von einem vorherigen Gast drauf war. Frühstück war ok. Personal freundlich. Wir hatten Frühstück mitgebucht, welcher Umstand dem Hotel nicht bekannt war. Verbindung mit Öffis sehr gut. Gute Lage.

We reserved an apartement: due to alimentary restrictions is not easy to arrive and find a propere restaurant. Upon arrival (aouut 4pm) we are told that the apartment has no hot water and are offered to relocate to another building, another room (not apartment) or wait a few hours. We opt to wait and go for our first tour of Vienna. Structure is actually a short walk from old town attractions. We got back around 8.30 pm and our luggage has been moved to the apartment. We unpack and get ready for dinner. Here the bad surprise: all kitchenware is dirty! I meadn really dirty (just a few pictures below) with food leftovers and even water left in the boiler. We immediately contacted the reception which offers breakfast and promises cleaning. We ate just a few things we had with us. Next morning we leave and remind of the cleaning. We return againg around 8 pm and ... nothing has been cleaned! We are really upset and show the status of the apartment to the person at the desk (different from previous day). He takes away some dirty kettles, the boiler and offers to clean what possible. We set an agreement so that we will go out for dinner and be reimbursed. Reimbursement has arrived, well half of it. Conclusion. Structure is convenient and witha good cost-value ratio. We had a bad experience with cleanlines of the kitchenett while the room was overall clean. About cleanliness: during breakfast we noticed that the towels are not changed, just crumbs removed ...

Paikalle saapuessamme saimme kuulla, että vuokraamamme asunto oli jo käytössä. Meille tarjottiin samaan hintaan hotellihuonetta aamupalalla. Yöllä majoittuessamme ei ollut paljon vaihtoehtoja. Huoneet oli ihan ok ja siistit. Ikkunoista kuului jonkin verran melua. Netti ei lupauksesta huolimatta toiminut lainkaan ja sijainti oli melko syrjäinen keskustaan nähden
