St Gotthard Hotel

Todo estuvo excelente, aunque el servicio de restaurante fue lo único que le doy bajo puntaje pues los meseros son muy lentos y poco amables

El hotel muy bueno , magnifica ubicación , trato del personal muy bueno ...LO MALO el desayuno es una basura y súper caro , las camas miniaturas e incomodas ( dormibles pero esperaba mas )

Muy bien ubicado, tranvias y mejores tiedas muy cerca. Situado en la mejor calle de Zúrich

Unfortunately the visit was very disappointing. The location of the hotel is nice and the few staff that was still working was trying its best. The same breakfast for 4 days, the first 2 days served by a nice female staff member, on day three there was an elder woman with an attitude that is unacceptable. When asked for something different than the usual breakfast that was more like an Italian antipasti, the female staff was very rude and hardly served us, and if with a lot of sarcasm. When bringing this to the attention to the staff at the reception they were very helpful and polite. During the COVID-19 crisis everybody has to adjust, the guests as well as the staff, but a minimum of service has to be provided. We have been provided with a voucher for a stay in the hotel as a compensation. I hope that this crisis will end soon and that everything will go back to a new normal.

We drove to the hotel and we had a hard time finding the hotel initially and weren’t aware that they weren’t doing valet parking due to the corona virus. We tried calling the front desk like 10 times and no one answered because we wanted help finding the hotel. So then we decided to just park in a garage somewhere nearby. When we arrived around 2:15pm our room wasn’t ready. Check in is at 2pm. They gave us free alcohol and water while we waited about 10 mins. Our rooms AC didn’t work at all and so they had a technician come up and check it out. They ended up moving us to an upgraded room! It had a balcony with the view of the street and a larger room with a tub and shower. The air was super cold too so that was better! The hotel was a prime location! Located across from a Lindt shop, Chocolatier shop, a Starbucks and McDonald’s just 700ft away, etc. we could walk to everything within 10 mins. The train station was a 1 minute walk.

Location right in front of tram station and near to main train station. Good service. The hotel room was a bit small but comfortable to stay. There was a little bit of stairs to go to some rooms. Overall had a good stay here

Affordable, good quality, very close to train station. Comfortable. Windows open for fresh air.
