Hôtel de la Tour Eiffel

Regular, el recepcionista muy atento, información no fue clara servicio de limpieza puede ser mejorado.

Excelente ubicación, acceso a sitios de comer y a la torre Eiffel, las habitaciones muy bien distribuidas y en muy buenas condiciones.

El personal de gran ayuda.

The hotel was cozy. The downside was the room was so small. The elevator was broken. Found it weird to have to leave the key at the front desk when going out. The pros: the front desk employees were friendly and attentive. The room had a nice European doors/windows. The location was pretty quiet with no traffic noise. It was very closed to the Eiffel Tower. Closed to tons of restaurants. For a solo person it was worth the staying.

Really good experience on our first trip to Paris. Fantastic location! Staff were very helpful. Rooms and hotel clean and well kept. Rooms are small, but provide what you need from a Paris hotel. We recommend it!

The only good thing about this hotel was the location. However.................................................. As per links before going to ebooking site, it stated that their was a swimming pool and free breakfast. No swimming pool and no free breakfast, no kitchen in the hotel to even serve breakfast and not even room for a swimming pool, my swimming trunks did not get used!!!!! furthermore on the ebooking site it says breakfast is available however further down the page is says it is available for 8.50 euros, this again is not the case, it is only available at that price if you go to a cafe further down the street, as no kitchen on site. We stayed in room 51, hardly any room to swing a cat, the wallpaper was not pasted to the wall, it moved if you touched it. The bathroom and shower was not clean, lots of dirt in he grout of the tiles and parts moving around in the tray of the shower. The cleaner/room service picked up our wet towels after the 1st night and hung them on our towel rack to be reused. On the 2nd night we had to use a sheet as a blanket as the main blanket was removed from the bed and not replaced. This hotel was very pitiful and falsely advertised.

It’s was perfect for what I wanted: well located, just a place to sleep and shower.

We are a family of four, the hotel provided 2 adjoining rooms which was great. Property was clearly indicated no smoking on the website and inside the room. However, after checking in and entering the room - it was immediately evident that somebody has smoked in one of the rooms. We spoke to the clerk at the front desk - who was of zero help whatsoever - barely an apology and without an offer to either change the room or a discount. Room itself was as expected for a 2 star facility - small, acceptable but not stellar for cleanliness.
