The front desk staff was very professional and checkin was quick. Due to the time of day, we could not locate a restaurant in the neighborhood that was open, however the front desk staff assisted us to get a delivery app loaded, and we had our supper in room. Besides the cleanliness of the room, we were happy with the bathroom/amenities and wifi. There was a bit of noise from nearby conversations, but otherwise our room was comfortable. Breakfast ,and the service staff in the dining room, was wonderful as was our shuttle service to the airport. Very convenient!

The room was clean and spacious. Silvia,Kirllos, Matteo but most of all Massimo were very helpful, and accommodating. Our flight was cancelled and we had to stay 3 more days in the hotel. Massimo was very kind enough to direct us to a place where we could have a sumptuous dinner and schedule a shuttle for our Ostia Antica sightseeing. Aliona, the breakfast lady was very helpful too.
