The hotel was clean, however there was a weird smell in the hallway. Thankfully it didn’t carry into our room but it was very strong outside. Our AC didn’t cool, it was cool enough since the temperature outside wasn’t high but it didn’t cool as we expected it to.

I love the shower!! It's better than some of these so called luxury hotels. The decor is really nice. But as usual the snacks are over priced, but as we travel that seams to be the norm. We will stay here again our next visit to Mt. Pleasant, Texas.

This is a very nice, clean, well-kept hotel. It is within walking distance of two restaurants that are directly across the hotel parking lot. Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast food & drink choices with a nice area to sit while you eat your breakfast.

Our stay was great and the staff was awesome. The girl who checked us in was having issues with the WiFi and she couldn’t fully check us in. Instead of making us wait, she went ahead and gave us the room keys. Once the system was back up she called the room and finished our check in over the phone. Because of the difficulties, she gave us a late check out which helped us out tremendously. Our room was clean and well stocked. Breakfast the next morning was good and had a wide selection. Over all stay was great!! No complaints.
