A nice spot on a beautiful island. Large private villa complex, although beware the 3 bedrooms were all in separate buildings so not great if you have small children. Staff very accommodating. Lovely to have our own private pool.

Unaware of hotel upgrade in process. I have stayed here many times in the past pre covid. Hotel under new management & building works. Hotel is tired and in need of major refurbishment or price reduction. Breakfast very basic & new staff not trained properly of what to do. Samui suffered greatly during covid and is slowly getting back on its feet.

What an amazing experience! The staff is so friendly and helpful. They helped us book a tour, arrange a ride to the airport etc. They went above and beyond service expectations! They even delivered us a surprise cake for my husband’s birthday! The Villa was beautiful, clean, the views breathtaking. Having our own private pool was fabulous. The restaurant served an excellent breakfast and we also ate there for dinner one evening and the food was delicious. I highly highly recommended.

We will come back for sure, all villas have private infinity pool and we were in first line with direct access to the beach. Service is wonderful, always available by WhatsApp and very customer oriented. Special mention to Ms. Pornthip, the best manager!

The unit sizes are very large as these are self contained villas and not essebtially a traditional hotel. We were upgraded to a much larger and better unit with asking beach views. Beach isn't really swimmable there are large rocks.

This was an incredible vacation! We are a family of 6: a couple and 4 kids. The villa has 4 units. A master suite, 2 separate full-size bed units each with their own bathroom and a 4th unit with the living room, kitchen and dining room. There was also a laundry room. Which happened to be amazing. The facility even provided the detergent. They were extremely accomodating and the view was one of the more serene views i have ever seen. I would definitely return!!

We loved our private Villa. The only thing I wish is that the living room should have a bathroom and phone. I spent most of the time there and didn’t like it that late at night had to walk outside up to bedroom separate area and to call room services. Amazing stay as a family
We have just returned from a wonderful stay at Kanda residences Pool Villas. We traveled as a family of five- parents, 2 kids and grandma and the layout and size of the 3 bedroom pool villa was just perfect. Service and attention to our needs was amazing. Staff went out of their way to meet our requests and improve our stay. The only draw back was that this is an older resort and though it is well maintained we were a little disappointed with the state. However the views and the area is absolutely stunning.
