The ANA Crowne Plaza was a great place to stay! Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great view from our room, and although the property is a but dated, it is meticulously and lovingly maintained. Our room had a full bathtub and some great free amenities to relax… bath salts, eye masks, and teas replenished daily. Highly recommended. Right y the train station and so many shops and restaurants!

The best thing of this hotel is the location. It locates besides the Kanazawa station which offer very good and convenient transportation to visitors. But the facilities are relatively old. No USB was available which is one of the standard setting in hotel rooms for charging mobile device. Washroom facilities are also old.

My stay at this hotel rocked my world. Literally. There was an Earthquake. The building stand tall and strong even though I was in a bit of a mess being my first time to experience this event. Other than that, the hotel staff were all friendly, and I adore the additional items the hotel offers such as the bath power, heated eye mask, and other stuff that you don't usually see here in the States. I had breakfast included in my stay, but due to my tight business schedule, I didn't get an opportunity to eat here.
