Decadent hotel in horrible conditions. The curtain was riped, sheets that barely cover the over stained mattress, bathroom door falling apart, only two small pillows for a double bed and when I called the front desk they stated they didn’t have any extra. Besides that we also found a few cockroaches in the room. Definitely didn’t worth the stay. Almost forgot: they charged extra 30 reais for parking.

Only good for its location
The best thing about this hotel is its location at Porto da Barra, just a few steps away from the beach, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants etc. But the hotel itself is dated and poorly maintained. The lift has problems, the room and bathroom need urgent renovation, or at least a (very) deep clean. In the gym, none of the 3 threadmills worked and the space was left filthy, with dead cockroaches all over the floor day after day. I had booked a 5 day stay but left after just 2. Shame as the location is juet perfect.

May problems with this hotel. Look at others.
Im a experienced traveler for working and pleasure. This is one of the worse hotels I have been to. Hotels that are cheaper are better. First 2 nights we could not get a blanket. 3ed night we got a blanket after days waiting on one. Still had to ask several times a day for it. 4th night we were there the maid left the blanket but took the sheet! They also don’t have hand towels. Towels are old and ratty. Shower head was broken. Mirror lost most of the reflection. Place was clean. Breakfast was below average. Windows are not sound proof. It is in busy area with nightlife so very noisy. First day only two elevator worked, one regular other was service elevator. Second day no elevators worked. 3 Ed day all 3 worked. 4th day only 2 worked. Hair dryer did not work. Safe did not work. I asked front desk 3 times to repair. We finally gave up.

O hotel em si tá ok, mas meu quarto matei 5 carrapatos e tinha pulgas, pedi a troca de quarto e so fui atendido quando consegui achar a gerencia, até então tive que ficar lá, foi horrível, verdadeiramente horrível, no demais do hotel tá ok, apesar do quarto 415 ser muito muito velho, ja o quarto 108 tava razoável.

Gostei muito da estadia. Não sei o porquê reclamam tanto desse hotel. Hotel antigo, na frente da praia, é óbvio que não vai ser perfeito. Muito confortável, recepção muito atenciosa e solícita. Passei cinco dias e foram maravilhosos, fui tratado muito bem pelos funcionários, o quarto estava bem limpo e organizado. Piscina muito boa, sempre bem limpa. Várias variedades de café da manhã e localização perfeita!
