This was my first stay by myself and it has been nothing short of incredible. All staff are so friendly and the spa facilities are easily a 10/10. The pool area is so beautiful and it is only a short walk to the beach. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property and staff were amazing even helping us get to the airport on time when our Uber and subsequent taxi did not arrive on time. However, we stayed in room 19. These rooms are owned by individuals and this particular room had a bed from hell. It was more comfortable sleeping on the floor and that was with 3 mattress toppers. The couch was the same. Couldn't sit on it for more than 5 min without getting a sore bottom. We would love to stay again but only if we were guaranteed we would stay in room 19.

We had such a lovely stay at Mango Lagoon resort, the perfect relaxing holiday with friends. Staff were all so friendly and went above and beyond to help out. Our apartment was beautiful and well equipped with everything we needed. We really enjoyed swimming in the different pools. The property gardens are lovely, as is the pool. I stayed in the budget room as I was traveling solo. It was clean and comfortable enough, but only has a mini fridge and microwave. Staff was very courteous and easy to book excursions. Palm Cove is an amazing little town with a lovely beach and good restaurants, only 10 min walk. Located 35 min from airport and Cairns CBD. I took the bus to go in to the city (1hour). I would definitely stay at this property again!

We had a wonderful stay at the Mango Lagoon and would highly recommend! Beautiful, well maintained pools which are lit up at night, with multiple sun lounging areas. Very helpful and friendly staff who are happy to give advice about activities to do during the stay. Brilliant happy hour with delicious cocktails. No food available, but with it being so close to other restaurants and shops we didn’t find this an issue. There is a also a well maintained bbq which we didn’t get round to using but would be a good option. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach which has many restaurants and bars. Bus stop which goes directly to Cairns less than a 5 minute walk. Room was simple, but very clean and had everything we needed- very good value for the price we paid. Overall couldn’t recommend this stay enough!

The apartments are very spacious and comfortable. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to anyone, great experience all around. Note: The only reason i didn't give 5 stars for the "Staff and Service" category was because they sold us a practice cocktail, made by a new trainee learning how to make the drinks. Even she looked uncomfortable selling it to us - but her boss insisted. I tasted as you'd expect for a training exercise. The bartender herself was lovely and friendly though.
